*2025-26 academic year permits are available for purchase by logging into My UC Merced Parking Portal.
Graduate students who are eligible for monthly payroll deductions can select the payroll option. Graduate students who received a fellowship can select the credit card option. Graduate students who would only like to purchase for the semester will need to visit the TAPS office.
