Service Request Customer Portal

UC Merced vehicles that are managed by Fleet Services may have preventative maintenance or repairs scheduled by submitting a ticket via the service request customer portal.

    Request access to the customer portal by sending a completed Login Request Form to fleetservices@ucmerced.edu.
  2. 2 Look for an email with your customer portal credentials.
  3. 3
    Log into the Vehicle Service Customer Portal.
  4. 4 Submit your service request.
