Service Requests

Service Request Customer Portal

UC Merced vehicles that are managed by Fleet Services may have preventative maintenance or repairs scheduled by submitting a ticket via the service request customer portal.

Step 1: Request access to the customer portal by sending a completed

             Login Request Form to fleetservices@ucmerced.edu.

Step 2: Look for an email with your customer portal credentials.

Step 3: Log into the Vehicle Service Customer Portal .

Step 4: Submit your service request.
