*2023-24 academic year permits are available for purchase by logging into My UC Merced Parking Portal.
Graduate students who are eligible for monthly payroll deductions can select the payroll option. Graduate students who received a fellowship can select the credit card option. Graduate students who would only like to purchase for the semester will need to visit the TAPS office.

Daily Parking
TAPS is excited to offer a new graduate student daily paid parking solution through Flowbird. This option is for those graduate students telecommuting and traveling to campus 12 days or less per month as their primary work schedule. The daily rates are prorated based on the three tiers below (A $.35 cents transaction fee will be applied):
Prorated daily rates:
Gold: $6.00 (Library Lots, Le Grand, Bellevue Lot and North Bowl, Blue Zone & Green Zone)
Slate: $4.00 (North Bowl, Blue Zone & Green Zone)
Blue: $3.00 (P3, Scholars Lot, ECEC and Green Zone)
Green: $3.00 (Bellevue Lot Green Zone)
Monthly rates:
Gold: $74 (Library Lots, Le Grand, Bellevue Lot and North Bowl, Blue Zone & Green Zone)
Slate: $50 (North Bowl, Blue Zone & Green Zone)
Blue: $38 (P3, Scholars Lot, ECEC and Green Zone)
Green: $38 (Bellevue Lot Green Zone)
